Further New E-Services
Dated this 15th of November 2023
The Syariah Court will be implementing the following further new E-Services for filing of Court documents in divorce proceedings from 29 November 2023:
- Filing of Notice of Ceasing to Act as Solicitor & Cancellation of Grant of Aid
- Filing of amended memorandum of defence
- Filing of amended summons
2 additional types of summons will also be implemented:
- Application for Miscellaneous Interim Order(s)
- Application to Represent a Person under Disability
