Order made by Registrar

An appeal against a direction or order of the registrar may be commenced by filing in the SYC Portal a notice of appeal not later than 14 days from the date of the direction or order. You (known as the appellant) must serve a copy of the notice of appeal on every other party to the appeal within 3 days of filing the notice of appeal. The appeal will be heard by a president of the Syariah Court.

An appeal against a decision of the Syariah Court may be commenced by filing with the Appeal Board a notice of appeal within 30 days from the date of the decision of the Court. You (known as the appellant) must serve a copy of the notice of appeal on every other party to the appeal within 3 days of filing the notice of appeal. The appeal will be heard by an Appeal Board.
