Submission of Parenting Plan for couples with children up to 14 years old. For details, please refer to 'Process and Procedures'.
With effect from 1 January 2015, the Court will require couples with children up to 14 years old to attend a parenting plan discussion at an appointed agency and submit a co-parenting and care arrangement plan for their children when filing for divorce in Court. This would help to commit parents to think of their children’s welfare when making decisions that would inevitably affect their children.
