Advisory note for technical difficulties when using the new Divorce E-Services on the SYC Portal

Court users who encounter technical issues when accessing E-Services for registration for the Marriage Counselling Programme, online filing of Court documents and requests, and service of certain Court documents, are advised to do the following:

 

  1. Call our main enquiry line at 6354 8371 which is open on Mondays to Sundays (includingPublic Holidays) from 8.30am to 9.00pm. Please provide any error message encountered and the E-Service used.
  2. Email us at MCCY_Syariah@mccy.gov.sg with a screenshot of any error message encountered and a short description of the E-Service used.
