Announcement on Elevated Safe Distancing Measures
Dated this 4th of April 2020
With the implementation of the elevated safe distancing measures, divorce proceedings at the Syariah Court will be adjourned. The issuance of inheritance certificates will also be deferred. Both will take effect from 7 April 2020 until further notice. More details will be provided soon. Syariah Court will be in touch with affected Court users.
